16th Mantra of Kathopanishada
(सोलहवां मन्त्र)
तवैव नामा भवितायमग्नि: सृक्ङां चेमामनेकरुपां गृहाण ॥१६॥
महात्मा यमराज प्रसन्न एवं संतुष्ट होकर उस (नचिकेता) से बोले-अब (मैं) तुम्हें यहां पुन: एक (अतिरिक्त) वर देता हूं। यह अग्नि तुम्हारे ही ('नाचिकेत अग्नि' के) नाम से विख्यात होगी। और इस अनेक रुपोंवाली (रत्नों की ) माला को स्वीकार करो।
The great-souled Yama, being well satisfied, said to him (Nachiketa): “Let this Agni Vidya become known to the world by your name itself. Also take this chain of precious stones (including diamonds) of various colors.”
Hari Aum, again what i understand, i repeat it just casually. Please take this that way only.
