8th Mantra of Isa-Upanishad.

 स पर्य्यगाच्छुक्रमकायमव्रणमसनाविरं शुद्धमपापविद्वम् |

कविर्मनीषी परिभूः स्वयंभूर्याथातथ्यतोऽर्थान् व्यदधाच्छाश्वतीभ्यः समाभ्यः ||8||

(वह ईश्वर सर्वत्र व्यापक है,जगदुत्पादक,शरीर रहित,शारीरिक विकार रहित,नाड़ी और नस के बन्धन से रहित,पवित्र,पाप से रहित, सूक्ष्मदर्शी,ज्ञानी,सर्वोपरि वर्तमान,स्वयंसिद्ध,अनादि,प्रजा (जीव) के लिए ठीक ठीक कर्म फल का विधान करता है|)

He (The Self) is all pervasive, like space (Atman is preset everywhere), resplendent (luminous as the sun), bodiless, spotless, without nerves, pure, untouched by sin. He is the knower of all, omniscient, self-existent; he is the one who has organized all the materiel objects to be available for eternal years.
